Creator.SmoothWeb does not process payments and does not verify every claim a user makes on their profile. Treat verification badges as one signal among several, not a guarantee.

• Never share passwords, OTPs, or payment card details with anyone on the platform.
• Agree on deliverables, timelines, and payment terms in writing before starting work.
• Video-call or otherwise confirm identity before sharing sensitive information.
• Report suspicious behavior — see the contact page.
