Overview

Creator.SmoothWeb ("the platform", a SmoothWeb product) provides tools for creators and businesses to build profiles, showcase work, and discover each other. By creating an account you agree to use the platform lawfully and in line with our Community Guidelines.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our guidelines.

Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting content, you grant Creator.SmoothWeb a license to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

No payment processing

Creator.SmoothWeb does not currently process payments between creators and businesses. Any financial arrangement between users is between those users.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced.
